Help Desk Support

Mandatory Skills/Experience Required:

At least one year of satisfactory computer operations or computer support

Knowledge of various OS such as XP, Windows 7.

Knowledge of MS Word 2000, MS Office

Knowledge of Email Clients, namely Microsoft Office Outlook 2010

Basic operating experience of computer hardware/software

Ability to troubleshoot computer problems

Proficiency navigating through the internet

Ability to schedule training sessions and submit training logs in timely manner
